I did not have an appointment for this service. When I called on the phone, they said bring it in. I did, and the repair was performed very quickly. Good experience!

Great experience

I came in to get my battery tested and it was low. The service was prompt, they installed a new battery and I was on my way in under an hour.

I had an appointment for a recall on my truck. I got right in and the work was completed promptly. I could not of had a better experience!

When I arrived, I noticed right away Steve had the truck I was looking at, (on the official website) pulled up to the front, ready for me to test drive, and it was cleaner than all the other rigs! Which goes to show he took the time to have it detailed before I got there. Lisa was also super friendly and knowledgeable in financial. All and all you guys do outstanding work, definitely know what you’re doing. I will always come back!

I arrived 10 min prior to my appointment for an oil change. Everyone was friendly and treated me well. The service which usually takes about 45 minutes took 1-1/2 hours. I waited at the dealership during this service which I usually do but this one was much longer.

Thielens is a very nice dealership to work with! Matt(Reagan) made finding the perfect SUV for my needs/wants, and explained many details of the process and answered all of my many questions. Loved that he took the time to help me learn how to operate it! Lisa(Baker) the finance lady, made the process simple and smooth. She made sure I understood pricing, fees, and etc, made it understandable. Both are great team members and made my experience as simple as possible! Very happy with my new SUV!

We found the Thielen dealership to be inviting and pleasant. We established a relationship with their salesman Derek and found him to be especially knowledgeable and very professional and easy to do business with. We took a test drive in a Traverse and talked over all of the features. We actually decided at that time that if we were going to buy that brand of vehicle we would most certainly buy it from him. He was very accommodating and we felt comfortable with him and the information that he provided us regarding the vehicle.

The person who took my call told me my 4:45 apt meant no one would be there to check it out the best they could do it just change the oil. Being a woman I need a place that can help me! I am a loyal customer but I need loyalty to go both ways!😊. Linda PS why do they always treat men and women differently! Had I got only the oil change the rating would be a 3. Thank God for husbands!

Car still pulls to the right like before. Information in my file was incorrect when I arrived, confusing the desk worker. Received a look as if I was ignorant....didn't like that I will never being it back. 1500 dollars, not worth it guys. But thank you just the same.

Thielen Motors is an excellent dealership with great service. My vehicle is a 2024 Colorado. The problem is the battery has gone completely dead overnight two times. After some internet research, the problem appears to be "Over the Air Updates". Apparently if the update doesn't complete or fails, systems in the vehicle remain active draining the battery. The problem affects all Colorado's and GMC Canyons since the 2023 models. It appears to be an issue GM needs to address.

Came in for a repair requested on line. Was told had to reschedule that type of work another time. Instead my oil was changed unexpectedly with 38% oil life remaining. On going I would suggest the on-line service appt app be used for regular maintenance only or clarify better.

they told my wife she needed a new cabin filter, showed her the old one and she agreed that it needed to be replaced, $40 filter + $20 labor, if your tech. finds a clean filter during inspection and puts it back without labor charge ,why should she pay a labor charge for a dirty one and she did not ask them to check it.

Excellent! I was driving into town and heard a scrapping noise in the wheel. Thielen's was just up a couple of blocks, so drove up and the first salesperson, indicated I should pull up to the service door and drove in. Nick was at the desk and asked the usual questions. He thought it to be the brakes....and he was correct. Four hours later, my car was repaired and ready to go. Nick and the lady that took care of the paperwork were so warm and friendly made me feel like people I had known. The waiting room and sales room were very pleasant also. Excellent service and communication at Thielen Motors!

The service work was fine, I have no issue with the work performed. But I had an oil change done and 200 miles later the check engine light came on with a oil sensor failure. I brought the truck back and the service department lowered the oil level down to the correct amount and then said the check engine light didn't go off but was totally unrelated and they would need to do diagnostics. Came back a couple days later and said the oil pump needed to be replaced but had nothing to do with the over filled oil change. I tried pushing back that they could be related and the over filled il could have cause the oil pump to fail, again I was told they were NOT related at all and they would take no responsibility or offer any help. I find it a pretty significant Co-incidence. The Fuel Management System failed last year at 95,000 and now at 107,000 we have an oil pump failure. Two major (expensive) engine failures, Not happy with the GM product, I've had 4 trucks with easily over 200,000 and now a new $40,000 plus truck doesn't even last 100,000 miles Very Disappointing
